Installation
The Chapel Choir Reunion coincides with the Installation of our new Dean of the Chapel, the Reverend Sam Wells.
You will have the chance to meet our new Dean on Friday evening at a reception following our first joint rehearsal
and you will be able to sing in the installation service on Sunday morning. For more information on Reverend Wells, click here.
Your Musical Hosts
The music for the weekend will be conducted by Rodney Wynkoop, Director of Chapel Music, and accompanied by Chapel Organist
David Arcus. The weekend will be coordinated by Allan Friedman, Assitant Conductor and Administrative Coordinator.

Repertoire
The Chapel Choir and Reunion choir will present a concert on Saturday evening in honor of Dean Wells' installation consisting
of portions of Messiah. We will also be singing through some of your favorite anthems at the Saturday morning rehearsal.
Scores will be available to purchase or borrow, or you can bring your own from home. If you wish to practice your part before
you arrive, you can use our Messiah learning tapes found here.
Fees
The reunion will cost $35; payable when you register by check or cash. The fee covers the receptions on Friday and Saturday as well as continental breakfast and and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. T-shirts, CDs, Videos, and books will also be available for purchase.

Concert attire
We will be wearing robes for the concert. Please bring concert-appropriate footwear and clothes to wear under your robes.

Hotel a block of rooms has been reserved at the Durham Hilton at a special rate of $99 an evening. You can make reservations

Driving Directions:
To get from RDU International Airport to the Durham Hilton:
1. Take I-40 East towards Durham and Chapel Hill for 5 miles
2. Take Exit 279B onto the Durham Freeway (NC-147) and go 10 miles
3. Go through downtown Durham and exit at 15-501 North (exit 16A)
4. Stay to the right and exit towards Hillsborough Road (exit 108D)
5. Take a left onto Hillsborough Road and go about 1/2 a mile.
6. The Durham Hilton will be on your right
To get from the Durham Hilton to Duke Chapel.
1. Take a left onto Hillsborough Rd and go 1/2 mile.
2. Take a right onto 15-501 South and go 1/4 mile.
3. Exit onto Morreene Rd and take a Left at the top of the ramp.
4. Go about 1 mile (Moreene Rd becomes Towerview to the corner of Towerview and Science Dr.
5. Take a Left on Science Dr. and go down and up the hill.
6. Take a right at the top of the hill and park in the Bryan Center Parking Ramp.
