Scheduling an Event
To schedule an event, please fill out the online form (coming soon), or print out and mail a copy of the reservation form and policies to the Chapel Events Coordinator, Box 90974, Duke University Chapel, Durham, NC 27708-0974. This form will be passed on to the Dean of the Chapel for event approval. When the “Person in charge” receives notification that the event has been approved, the facility use fee of $1,000 is due within ten (10) days.
